Ribs and Legs Pics

Options
First rack last night on the LBGE.  Foraged around the threads and settled on a Travis-Style variation (Would have asked him for advice but heard he was busy with Miss Sapphire from Bombay). Lost some time because the ribs were bad and my wife had to run back to the store while I prepped the Turkey Legs.  Ended up at about 270 for 3.5 hrs with 3 big apple wood chunks then sauced em up with Sticky Fingers 15 min before I pulled them off.  Ribs were great. I could have pulled the legs 30 min sooner but they were very good too. After 4 attempts, I have the corn-in-the husk thing down. Put the Stubbs on the legs and the 3 beer on the ribs.

How did you know when to pull the legs?

I had a gas fired smoker which cooked a little slower than my cook last night.  About 3 hours and legs were done.  I put these on after the ribs and pulled them before as I could see they were done.  I kind of cook legs and wings by gut feel.  These were very good, not dry at all but I like them when the juice squirts out when you bite into them.  These are so easy for a quick meal and it hard to mess them up. I'm still learning.
