I just threw some 1" thick pork chops on the egg. I started by brining in salt and brown sugar with some water and apple cider vinegar.
I then patted dry hit them with flour washed with egg and rolled them in a mix if panko bread crumbs shredded Parmesan some smoked paprika and garlic powder. Sittin at 400 degrees raised grate. Ill pull them at 145-150
