    Nola hit it on the head.  Tripe is so gross!  Tripas are a big thing here and I don't ever want to try them.

    I'm pretty much of the "try anything once" school and, was raised to eat whatever was on my plate (especially if I was a guest in someone's home).

    Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.

    You could get banned for using that word here. I've eaten it and it's not horrible but I have seen it made too. I buy Mortadella quite often.

    Grapefruit - absolutely digusting and even worse is grapefruit juice.... funny though (because I need to try it at work from time to time) I'm a good judge of grapefruit juice quality

    I have and will try anything else - including tripe - but I didn't have seconds...

    Abhor? Nothing I can think of, though there are a few things I'm not wild about - and a zillion things I don't even know about (ask LS :) )

    I'm sure there must be something I abhor. Maybe cicadas? Will find out - if they ever get here!

    Not crazy about liver on it's own (think liver and onions sauteed) but I LOVE boudin and braunschweiger.

  • Shrimp.  I'm mildly allergic, and dislike it beyond the physical discomfort.  Other than that, I will pretty much eat anything.

    I like plenty of stuff other people hate.  Take pride in that.  For example, pickled Spanish Mackerel sushi is prolly my fav, but everyone seems to hate it.
