Big Green Egg - EGGhead Forum - The Ultimate Cooking Experience...
We’re feeling pretty super, how about you? The big game is fast approaching, and while we love football, we love an excuse to invite people over and cook even more! You too can cook like a champion with recipes from Dr. BBQ’s NFL Gameday Cookbook: Grilled Tuna Sandwiches from Seattle and Baked Brie from New England. Who’s going to win? You’ll have to cook both to find out.

The 17th Annual EGGtoberfest was amazing - here are the highlights Click Here

Have we had a "how did you pick your avatar" thread yet?

Baseball?  My opinion of you just jumped a couple of points.  I thought you were a Minnesota Vikings fan.

The last time a Cleveland team won a championship (coincidentally 4 months before I was born) this guy was the "mascot". My heart breaks in the same spot each time. Jordan with the shot. Elway with the drive. Byner with the fumble. Jose Mesa blowing the save in game 7 in 97. LeBron and the decision.. I'm depressed again. I need some Weller.

Oh really??? How'd that Champions League thing work out this year? You might want to switch to a Bayern logo my friend.

No hard feeling but I couldn't let that go unchallenged

    I

First batch of chili in my dutch oven on the egg.   It was the best to date.  Plus I am a bean counter.  How many beans can you count?

If you're counting beans, then your not looking a chili

  • Cooking for pleasure is well outside my normal element. So somehow a cheerful sponge, eager to learn seemed appropriate.

For some reason, Andy Warhol-ing the BGE logo seemed like a good idea to me, and that is my avatar. Unfortunately the proportions are wrong for this use but if you click on it, you can see the full version.
