    Yes. Cut some slices of butter and put it underneath the skin.

    Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.

    I will never cook chicken again without brining it. Flavor was awesome! For those two 4 pounders I brined them overnight.
