it won't affect time at all, other than a few extra minutes for the dome temp to return to your set temp after introducing that mass. but you won't really see a difference over the length of the cook.

I'd give yourself 24 hours to be safe. If they finish early, wrap them in foil, then towels, and stash in a dry cooler for up to 4-5 hours.[p]Go Dawgs!
