Egg-Plant Parm

Started off by grilling some eggplant at 400 direct with a little Evoo salt and pepper.
Layered with a puttanesca sauce, mozzarella, and fresh basil from my garden. Baked at 375 indirect for about an hour. Topped with some Asiago and more mozzarella .

Came out very good, thanks for looking.
