We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! Tonight's dinner

3 Racks of Beef ribs rubbed with Cluck and Squeal beef specific and cooked indirect at 250 dome for 5 hours with cherry and hickory for smoke.

Plated with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and some of that stuff that food eats!
