Sauce for Pulled Beef Sammies

I usually just go with straight horseradish sauce on mine, but do y'all have any different ideas? My wife can't take the heat from straight horseradish, so I was thinking about cutting in some mayo and possibly a couple more things. I'm about 10 degrees away from the beef coming off the smoker. Pix to come... :)
