I'm cooking baby back and spare ribs on the egg today and wonder if I need to cook the spare ribs longer? I'll be cooking low and slow with a variety of rubs and some wet mopping goin on. Any help is appreciated.

    Stuart,
The baby back will take less time than the spare ribs. At a low and slow temp (and if you're doing indirect), the spares should take 3.5 to 4 hours. I would check the baby backs after 3.
