I'm pretty basic when it comes to cooks; fire up a large piece of meat and sandwich up the leftovers.  Wanting to get a little more creative, the Florida Cracker in me lighted up when I ran across this recipe, which was lifted from here, who got it from the Rib Shak in Pensacola.  So I did up a couple of BBQ Pulled Pork Eggrolls last night.  Since Carolina puts it right on the sandwich I figured what the hell, into the roll it went :).  Used a homemade bbq sauce for dipping.

I also fired up some ciabatta rolls for under a buck in ingredients.

    Those pork rolls look good.

Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.
