It doesn’t get much hotter than the EGG cookin’ in July! Make sure to keep yourself hydrated with a bit of whatever you’re using for the Beer Can Chicken. Ice Cream Sandwiches are also a great way to stay cool. Looking for some great ideas for a summer cook out? Try out a Pimento Cheeseburger or Dr. BBQ’s Spare Rib Surprise. Has helped most of us at one time or another - Thank you Whiz!
Was surprised when in my local Canuckistan Wally World they had Nature's Mexican Mesquite for $7. I find it very strong but throw a handful in with my regular lump to give a nice mesquite smoke.

Is that a real category? Best Mesquite charcoal?

There was only one entry so it naturally came in first. I agree, but I do find that a handful mixed in is better than using mesquite chips or chunks. Main use is for beef steak sliced thin for fajitas.
