finally my first pulled pork attempt

I have a five pounder all slathered & rubbed, my lump sorted into big, medium and small and plan to get started by 6:00 tonight at my first pulled pork. One question though...does it make any difference on how you lay the piece on the grill, that is, bone parallel to grid or perpendicular to grid? THANKS! ^oo^~

PP is probably the easiest thing to do. Throw the charcoal in the EGG and as Cat says fat side up. Keep you dome temp around 250* sit back relax have a few brews, a good nights sleep and pig out tomorrow. I am doing both a brisket and PP for tomorrow. All 4 of my EGGs will be "SMOKIN"
