Had a ribeye defrosting in the fridge and other half went fridge diving and came up with the veggies. Mini and small were on game tonight. Simple but very good meal.
Large, small and mini now Egging in Rowlett Tx

45 mins away and no phone call. Simple is just fine!Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.
