Chicken with alfredo sauce, mozz and parmesan with red onion
Flap steak with caramelized onions, Langtree and London sauce (local) mozz, and parmesan

Wished I lived 5000 miles northeast.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

It's a marinade/cooking sauce. It's black and a cross between British and Oriental flavours. Quite sweet. It's great on grainy beef like flank, flap or shirt. I had marinated the flap in it for dinner on Sunday. My giftee has got a bottle on the way.

Just picked it up at a local bakery. I don't measure stuff (drives me crazy) so we only do homemade when SWMBO feels like making it.
