We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. What Should I Cook?

The in-laws are here for the week and I want to cook possibly a few meals on the Egg for them. I can't decide what to cook, though. There will be six of us. Last time they were here, I did a Boston Butt and they loved it. I would like to do a brisket, but I've never done one before and am worried that my first one may be a flop...

Any ideas?
