First time doing ribs.
Pork spare ribs. Marinated overnight in Dichickos Garlic. Done indirect on two racks at 250 with apple wood. Checked at 4 hours and they were ready. They were ready but we weren't, so they got foiled for a half hour in the shut down XL.
Served with cole slaw and fries, and the after the cook sauce was Sweet Baby Ray's.
Very tender and flavorful. A do again cook.
