Another new egghead

Hi there, just recently got a large egg and have been lurking on this forum for a few weeks.  Lots of great info here and I am looking forward to some great cooks!

    Careful when these two tell you to just jump in, the water might be fine but the after effects will put the biggest dent in your wallet besides a wife and children.
    I raise my kids, cook and golf.  When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.
    Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.

    Ha! That is the truth, I got in pretty inexpensive by restoring an egg but all the new toys are adding up for sure.

    Thanks again everyone.  Great site and lots of ideas to learn from.

    Since pic are welcome here, below is a cook I did today.  St Louis spares brushed with maple syrup for the last 20 minutes like I saw someone do on another site.  They came out great served with homemade cornbread and sweet potato.
