Half the price of an Egg and the food is half as good.

It does include the stand. I've been checking them out for a while. The weight and build quality are not confidence inspiring.
Be careful, man! I've got a beverage here.

Yes, my dealer is a hardware store, and every winter, they have 20% off all BBQ equipment, including the BGE.

Academy Sports carries something very similar here in TN.  Looked inside one and man is there a difference in the quality of the ceramics.  It looked very rough, uneven, and had lots of pores to it.

Guess you get what you pay for.  I'll stick with my Egg.  Not the cheapest but it is made very well.

No idea what it is, but it's not Kamado Joe.

Our local bass pro shops had the Browning version on sale not too long ago. Thought hard about getting that instead of a BGE but found a lot of reviews indicating inferior build quality, and a lot of broken fire rings etc that were not backed by warranty. Buy your last ceramic cooker first...

That could've saved me some greenbacks last fall.

I agree, the KJs I've seen do not have a lower vent like the one pictured. The build quality of a KJ is very good, Travis noted this one was not very pretty.

Yep, Bering's Hardware in Houston.  Worth the drive from San Antonio.

Looks kind of like a Vision Grill, except the ones I have seen had a lower vent like a BGE and a thin stainless steel cap.  Color, texture of ceramic and stand are similar to Vision thou.

Form what I can find it might be a Smoke Canyon Ceramic Grill. If that's what it is it only has a 90 day warranty. Not 100% sure that's what it is.

I've seen those around here in Houston. They don't feel that great. No idea what the warranty is like.

Bering's Hardware has 20% off sales a few times a year. Got my mini for a great price recently.

Similar to the pulled pork I get in Helsinki. Just not the same, something is not right.
