Yo Egg Heads!
I finally made the plunge and purchased a BGE. The only downside at this point is trying to figure out why I didn't do this sooner! When I got it last week (from a neighbor), I couldn't wait for the weekend so I could smoke some stuff. So I went with a 5lb butt on Friday/Saturday and some wings on Sunday. Thanks to some tips/tricks/recipes on this forum, the food turned out awesome. I'm a believer! I can't wait to cook again.

I could see the BGE saving me money on eating out since what I can cook on it is so much better than anything I can get out, but I keep buying every chunk of meat I see at the grocery store. :-)
