That's a good lookin Butt Sam!Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

It was a 10.5 pounder and it stalled for a long time. I used Wicked Good lump, it never fails to please. I expected a 12-14 hour cook, but ended up at 16 and then FTC for 2 hours. It was tremendous. Nothing tops the Egg for low and slows. Pic shows the butt after 12 hours.Simple ingredients, amazing results!
