Hi. I'm new to the forum and just got my membership approval today. I recently sold a 22" Weber Smoky Mountain to help (small help) support an investment in a LBGE. I found a great dealer in Columbus (traveled past two other dealers to buy) and jumped in with both feet. I picked up as many accessories as I could afford including a digi-q (yet to use). I've so far only cooked a whole chicken breast from The Anderson's which was great. I've been smoking and cooking for years and have really wanted an egg for a long time. So happy to have one now and to have found a great forum to learn from.
