Spreading the love this Valentine’s Day with your EGG? Virginia Willis’ three course menu is perfect for a date night! February is also National Chocolate Lover’s Month, so don’t feel guilty if you’ve been cooking a little more dessert than usual on your EGG. If you’re looking for something a little more savory than chocolate, try some Roasted Chicken Flatbread or Pork Tenderloin with Honey Mustard.

Big Green Egg headquarters has moved - come visit our new showroom and check out the History of the EGG Museum and the Culinary Center too!  3786 DeKalb Technology Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30340.

Hello everyone

Sorry, but I posted this in the wrong place earlier today. Now I have it all figured out I think.  My name is Richard. My wife and I live in Selma CA and we have a medium egg.  We've had it for about 4 months now.  I've tried several dishes so far and just love this egg.  This is our attempt to cook stir fry with a little too much sauce but was still  very tasty.  We will be attending the Eggfest next month in San Jose.  Looking forward to that.

I'm sure my wife will chime in once in awhile too....that's if she ever gets approved??

Welcome aboard, degree of Kool-Aid consumption personal choice. Should you need time alone with your BGE remember that it requires near constant supervision (and that's the story) :)

Welcome aboard Richard! A few of us Eggheads will be cooking at the EBTB Eggfest. Please stop by, introduce yourself, and enjoy some food. A word of advice, pace yourself on the eating (sharing samples with your wife is a good method) or you'll find yourself full early!

Richard, the stir fry looks good. Welcome to you and your wife!
Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.
