I just spent the last two days recovering from some major food borne illness.
My father in law cooked some burgers for Memorial Day. He doesn't use a food thermo. Everyone got sick but I got it way worse. I was the only one who ate my whole burger (and my wife's). They didn't like the bloody center so only had a bite or two.
I spent 24 hrs on the floor of my bathroom. I'll spare you the details but if there was an oriface that I could expel from, I did and violently.
ALWAYS COOK GROUND MEAT TO TEMP OR ELSE!
