We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! Cook #3 in the books

I had a couple of thick pork chops in the fridge so I picked the BBQ bible sour orange Caribbean recipe with a butter\pineapple\rum baste.  I added a roasted tomato\habenero salsa, tortillas and grilled corn on the cob.  All in all my best effort yet, it's nice to start to get the hang of the new toy.  It's really time to get a thermapen!
