Today was a real Big Green Egg day. I had my Brother, 2 Sisters, Nephews, Parents and In-Laws in town for my Daughters graduation. Today I put them all to work prepping and we made Jalapeño ABT's stuffed with Kielbasa, cream cheese and cheddar wrapped with bacon, Pig Shots, BBQ Beans and 3 racks of St. Louis Ribs rubbed with 3 rubs, Fat Boys Cajun, Green Egg Caliente and Texas Tickler Chicken. Everything was Egged and awesome.

I followed this recipe for the Pig Shots, fantastic. I did cut the kielbasa a  a little thicker than 3/8" as I was having trouble with the bacon strips I was using. I suggest wrapping a couple before you cut all the kielbasa. http://eggheadforum.com/discussion/1141456/pig-shots/p1

Looks like quite the feast! So did a tug of war for the ABTs happen after the camera was set down? ;)
