    I live in Lebanon County, PA. It's a staple in all refrigerators around here.

    I figured if anyone would it'd be you! Man I love this stuff. Married into it, wish I'd a grown up with it. We now have a little fresh meats and cheese place with Amish/Mennonite background and can get some really great stuff.

    @ GoldfishDude

    Lebanon bologna is a sweet, smoked, beef balogna that is made in Lebanon County, Pennsylvania. Seltzer's is the official Lebanon Balogna. The rest are just imitators. I actually live in the town, Palmyra, PA where it is made. When you drive past the smoke houses, it smells awesome!

    Palmyra is the neighboring town to Hershey. On any given day I smell a smokehouse, roasted peanuts from the Reeses plant, roasted cocoa beans from the Hershey plant, and of course cow crap from the fields and farms all around. Sometimes the mixtures of smells around can get intense.

    The ribs were money. All gone!! But we don't make it to the tip sections. Sent one home with dad, one home with dad in law and I got one in my lunch box.

    The sirloins turned out a perfect med for the women. For a good bit of that left over. Gotta think of something to do with that ;)

    Used my head country sauces skellis sent me. They were amazing. Very very good. The hot one is a keeper for sure.

    And cowboy lump is a booger to light, taken the bags back to lowes ASAP.

    I did ribs yesterday too, it was a good day for it.

    Head country is made not too far from my house so if you ever need any more just let me know. I like mixing the hickory and regular together, but the hot is my favorite as well.

    Thanks man! Might have to take you up on that. Believe it or not we don't eat much bbq sauce. Usually like to let the meat and rub speak for it self. Tried these yesterday, been trying a lot of things some guys sent me, and was extremely impressed by the head country sauces.

    @CAT seller

    The partyQ is stupid simple. It was a birthday gift from my mom. I'd never bought a controller for myself but have been getting a good bit of use out of it. It's not necessary, but for the price of this one, you can't beat the extra insurance it gives you.

    Saying that, it's not fool proof and does need a little tinkering to make perfect. It has no open lid detection and will over shoot if you don't play with it after you open the dome. Also you need to have your temp at or below goal, if you put this on at 300 and your wanting 250 or something, you'll never get there.

    After having it now, I'd buy another to replace it if need be.
