Big Green Egg - EGGhead Forum - The Ultimate Cooking Experience...
Get ready to turn up the heat as we dive into August. While there are only a few weeks left to perfect those tailgate recipes, summer isn’t over yet! Two things we’ll be making this month are Chile Rubbed Grilled Pork Chops and Bell Pepper Kabobs. Then, relax after a cookout with a cool dessert cooked on your EGG - Ice Cream Sandwiches! You can mix and match your favorite cookie flavors with ice cream flavors. Simple, yet delicious!

Big Green Egg headquarters has moved - come visit our new showroom and check out the museum and culinary center too! 3786 DeKalb Technology Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30340

On the wagon, somewhat. Sympathy soberness in supporting Mrs. 500's full knee replacement surgery last week.

My first brisket success has me in a good place. Currently have some WSP on the stereo and making the most of the weekend. More beer to come and just turned on the Wings/Hawks game! Life is good!

  • Just got back from my buddy's place - he's a competition cook whose competition was rained out last weekend, so he was making all the pork for whoever wanted it today.  Drank Dale's Pale Ale there; about to start prepping an overnight butt cook of my own, accompanied by Chocolate Oak Aged and Espresso Oak Aged Yeti Imperial Stout from Great Divide.

It's my go-to drink. I go through 3-4 handles a year. No matter how many drinks I try, I always go back to Weller.

I'm shocked - A @henapple groupie? With your sense of culinary taste, I would have thought a nice craft beer.
