Again, after a number of less than stellar rib cooks, I reverted to the tried and true. Simple cook. simple rub, apple cider mop. Stubbs sauce at the end. Totally falling off the bone and -very- delicious! I feel redeemed!

I use stubbs a lot. I usually mix with honey. Ribs look great.Green egg, dead animal and alcohol. The "Boro".. TN
