Just purchased a XL Egg three weeks ago. I have cooked butts before but this is my first attempt on my Egg. I started them at 7:00 pm last night. It took about an hour to adjust everything just right. I kept my eye on it for about three hours to make sure nothing would change and then set the alarm on the Maverick and went to bed. I woke up at around 5:00 am to find everything was going great; meat @ 160 and Egg holding steady at 235 grate temperature. Do not know what it looks like since I have not picked in. Attached is a picture when they first went on. Will update when done.
