Ever see the Flinstones? You know how they put that giant set of ribs on top of their car (probably brontosaurus ribs or something) and it caused the car to tip over? Well, today Smokin' Todd was kind enough to smoke some car tipping ribs and sausages to consume while watching some playoff football. Oh, sweet mama, was this food AWESOME!!![p]Ribs were juicy juicy juicy!!!!!!!!!!! Sausages were heart clogging mouth burning smokey good!!!!!!!!!!!!! It made the fact that the Jets weren't playing that much easier to bear.[p]Football and smoked food - perfect together![p]CornfE(2K)d

Irish Smoker,
I, too, struggle with ribs. I slowly smoked them for about 4 hrs at under 200 degrees...and simply came out lucky this time. I wont be confident about ribs until i can have these results on a consistant basis. I suggest u ask JJ and/or Cat for best results.
