These are some meals I made for my lovely wife and daughters.

Smoked turkey, collards and brown rice.

Panko crusted tilapia, long beans, sautéed mushrooms and rosemary potatoes.

Playing around with appetizers.

I crushed up panko with lemon pepper and ran the tilapia through a milk bath and pressed into the crumbs. Baked at 450 for 10 mins or so. Added a slice of orange on top during the bake.

Charlie I would rather have some of your relatives (tuna) on a plate shashimi with wasabi. We are trying to eat healthier around here and this was a great alternative to fried fish.

I understand your problem, i am in the same boat. Tilapia is one of the cheapest and easiest fish product buy! If i could cook it consistantly like you have it in your pictures, i would be eating it at least twice a week. Thanks for posting, i intend on trying it!
