    If you look at the picture on page one of this post it shows the two parts side by side.  The one on the left is the bottom/female part.  The one on the right is the top/male part.  If you look at the male part there is an adjustable bushing that slides up and down the shaft to allow height adjustment by controlling the seating depth into the female part.

    Sweet. I went and checked. Some joined within a few days of their request post and have posted no more.

    Some joined months or years ago and have almost zero visits.

    This is not a home brewed business per-say.  He sales through a distributor to many different stores.  We are looking at the best way to buy a large number for all of us to enjoy this product at a good price.  Thank you so much for the amazing explosion of interest.  We will keep you informed of how and when we can make the order to best service everyones order.

    The manufacturer stated that he keeps a few hundred on hand with a 5-7 day turnaround on shipping.

    EDIT: "Several hundred" not  "a few".

    Thanks to @MrCookingNurse, @Excelsior and @Alton for doing this. I'm definitely in for one, too.

    Just one more thing I'll have to sneak through the house and onto the egg. Maybe hide it in my trunk for a few days until SWMBO is feeling lovey dovey.

    Would it work with a Weber grid?

    I am probably one of the guys you are referring to..... I moved last summer and didn't use my egg at all, but now have been using it a lot this year, and lately have been researching multiple grids, saw this post and jumped on it!

    Thanks for organizing.

    Would anyone know the specs (how big, height, etc.)? I have an AR for my large and was thinking of using this for small/mini for 2-tier grid but not sure whether it'll fit and how much space taken by the apparatus.
