Seared tuna

Quickest and easiest cook yet... Seared tuna. Recently picked up some individually wrapped and frozen sushi grade tuna steaks. Defrosted this afternoon and marinated quickly in soy sauce and a little sesame oil. Sprinkled with black pepper. Fired up the egg to about 600 degrees. 90 seconds a side and yummmm !

We get frozen tuna at Costco too---------------------------------------------------------------------------------Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.____________________Aurora, Ontario, Canada

That looks awesome and it is a sweet deal from Costco.
Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg. -

My Sam's club also sells this tuna.
