Knocked out of the park according to my family. Egg does it again. Not bad for my first try ever with baby backs.
3 hours around 270 bone side down indirect of course. Rub was dizzy dust. Mustard as a base. After hour 3 I put in foil meat side down on top of honey,butter, and brown sugar as previously suggested here. That went for an hour then pulled off turned up the heat and sauced
