    That's the greatest thing since Mangrates.

    Now, I love pulling my pork as much as the next guy. But to doing it with that much twisting and torque? My arm would get really tired. I may have to look into this fine product.

    It is a neat idea...but I can pull a butt by hand in less time than it will take me to go get my drill from the garage. I apologize for being negative.

    I was thinking the same thing.  A set of bear claws can make really short work of a properly cooked butt.

    Yeah...I don't like to pull my pork until it is mush! 

    (wow, that sounds bad). 

    ...but I do like to leave it a little chunky.  Also find it is much better for reheating if you don't over-shred it.  It usually breaks down a little more during the reheat.

    No matter what method I use, I always seem to burn myself while pulling pork. I've been considering this gadget. My guess is you're supposed to stop before you get to puree.

  • What does everyone else use to pull their pork? I hate pulling my pork as I do not have the proper tools. All I have is two forks. Works horribly. Takes me all day to pull my pork.

    Maybe a battery operated variable speed drill would be of value here...I've always used the silicone gloves cuz it works well and I can sample a piece or two in the process :)

    I like big chunks of bark in mine and this would pulverize the bark into tiny bits.
