Because we destroyed them. These are a weekly staple around here. Pretty simple salmon marinated in some evoo, garlic, cilantro, lime, a little soy and srichacha. Tonight we also added a tuna steak. Grill direct normal height at 400 until 135 on the salmon 130 on the tuna. Topped with cheese, fresh pico, and a little green taco sauce, oh and some dip the wife picked up called mojo sauce (a peppery sour cream). The wife got some tortilla land corn tortillas which were awesome they were raw, got thrown in a skillet for 30 secs a side and as good as fresh.
