Quick pork tenderloin dinner tonight, tossed in a ziplock bag to marinate in a mixture of Ume Plum Vinegar, canola oil, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper, and cooked indirect at 420-430 dome. Finally served with a baked potato and roasted broccoli.
