We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! Monday night flank steak (Picts)

Thanks to the BGE, flank steak is now back on the menu at our house! It's such an easy and delicious weeknight dinner.

Pounded it out. Marinated in soy sauce for a few hours. Sprinkle with some steak seasoning. Fired BGE to 550. Cooked direct 4 minutes and then flipped for another 2.

Ended up with a perfect medium rare.

Heated up some leftover naan bread and sautéed some Chinese broccoli with garlic and enjoyed an awesome dinner. Check it out.
