We hope you had a hoppy Easter and are ready to spring into warm weather cooking mode! There’s nothing better than spending time outdoors with the sweet aroma of fresh cooked Ribs. Baseball season is also underway, so it's the perfect time to try out some chicken wing variations! We have Jamaican Jerk, Lemon Pepper, Fired-Up Wings and even a Whiskey Onion and Chicken Steak if wings aren't your thing. Bon appetit!

4 pounds of chorizo made and ready for Georgia

We made 4 pounds but changed our recipe a little....added a Mickey twist.  Other half says it is very good.  We will see how it is received  in Georgia.  Packing my banjo and almost ready to leave.

    Thinking about doing chorizo nachos ..... Now that is different.
    @Mickey added a little expresso to the paste. Really makes the pepper flavor pop!
    Just got home from work. Will probably spent rest of night packing egg stuff.

    @AustinEgghead Let's compare Chorizo recipes at Salado next year. Would love to swap a pound or two. Any egghead is welcome to join the First Annual Chorizo Swap and Tasting. I am going to try adding Espresso to my next batch. @Mickey thanks for the idea. Thanks
