    @NibbleMeThis they were great it was a first time for me to have and to cook so I didn't really know what to expect. I will be making them again and again. I will definitely give your method a shot next time! Do you roast the tomatoes at all before you cover them in the sauce? That was one of my favorite parts. Maybe I'll stick them on the egg for a little bit then assemble them..
