Anyone got a good recommendation for a prime rib on the egg for mom?

I made one using reverse seer method found on amazingribs.com. I used DP cow lick as the rub and it turned out awesome. Good luck and check out that website- very detailed

I like s&p on mine. Worcester and mustard are great. Reverse sear. If some like theirs medium, sliced and egg a little more.

    2 cups beef broth
    1 stick butter
    Tbs salt
    Tbs rub
    Dash Worcester

    Great dipping
Green egg, dead animal and alcohol. The "Boro".. TN

This is a great instructional by a fellow egghead:

Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
