Ive done twice baked potatoes a few times on the egg love them. Foil them and leave the top of foil open keep them off to the side if direct

So foil them to cook initially, dig them out, fill with mixture and put back on to melt the cheese on top? Do you keep the foil on at that point or leave it off to crisp up the skin?LBGE

I usually do the first cook in the micro quick then prepare them foil them and then on the egg

You can do them on the egg I just do them in the micro first for a couple of mins more for time restraints

Our family's new favorite is smashed potatoes.

I microwave them instead of boiling them to get them soft enough to smash. They end up being a great combination of crispy skin on the outside and soft on the inside.

These were swimming in the Gulf Friday afternoon. Gonna get my cast iron griddle out and "blacken" some fresh redfish. Fresh green salad, and some "Broasted" fries..
