looking for Umami Burger recipe that had soy sauce, bbq rub, and worcestershire sauce?

As the title says...I am looking for the Umami burger recipe that someone tweaked to include soy sauce, a bbq rub, and worcestershire sauce. It used to be on this forum, but the link no longer works...I knew I should have written down!

Don't forget the fish sauce. Here is a recipe that I use somewtimes for a similiar flavor.

I think what got this whole "umami" thing going was a post by White On Rice couple several years ago. It doesn't have the ingredients you mentioned, but you might enjoy the read.

VI - Thanks for the link. I have seen that link and used that recipe before, its fantastic. I have also used a tweaked version that someone else created and posted on this forum. I want to say it was a tablespoon each of soy, worchester, and some rub thrown in. I could probably recreate it pretty easily...

I use anchovy paste or chopped anchovies instead of the fish sauce

I have been known to marinate pork tenderloins in it, mix some with burger meat and fatties. have not used it as a sauce, but guess that if I were to make a sauce I would boil, simmer and reduce by 1/3 -1/2 volumn.
