    Looking good! It will get there! I will start mine that are Sundays lunch around 4:00 pm Saturday afternoon and hope to pull them somewhere around 9:00 Sunday morning. The lower and slower the better if you ask me!

    Yes. Lil smokies inside. The ones on the outside we're for a quick snack. Been starving myself all day.

    Final pic. Forgot to take one of it pulled down. Ended up being Pulled pork sandwiches, tater salad, and slaw. Was awesome. Vacuum sealed almost 5 lbs for later.
