BBQ Trailers

I was telling cen-tex a few weeks ago that I'm a sucker for BBQ Trailers...hoping to find a gem one day. I saw a trailer today on the way to the meat market and knew I'd have to stop on my return trip. I'm glad I did...it was great and i'll definitely be back!

Have y'all been to any good trailers that are worth talking about?

    I haven't made it yet...but one Monday this summer I'm gonna check out Dinner at the Depot in Kennesaw, GA. It is all food trucks/trailers. 




    Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

    I was at one in Raleigh NC at the Big Boss Brewery and I can't remember the name.  Pulled pork was excellent but the Blue Cheese Wings were the best wings (fried, smoked, or other) I have ever put in my mouth.
