250 grid, foiled @160 until 195 IT. FTC for one hour.

    I raise my kids, cook and golf.  When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.
    Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.

    Absolutely looks good. Flats are tough. I came from the land of flats only! 
    What did you do for rub? smoke?

    Did a rub for ribs and beef from a friend that has a pro bbq team (JoBeaz Blazin' Butts and Wings) in the KCBBQ circuit. I didn't use any smoke, mainly because I forgot it.
