So about 6 months ago I dropped the lid on the probe of my thermapen.  It has taken be until now to get up nerve to replace it but I thought I would send an email to them first.

Turns out they will fix it for $25 bucks.  And they got back to me with an RA number in under an hour.

Very happy with customer service at thermoworks so far.

I had the same experience. First class service.

That is cool. Love hearing tales of great customer service from a company. Not enough companies believe in that anymore.

Customer service is so lacking in most business models today.
I raise my kids, cook and golf.  When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.

Poor leadership at the top of companies. They don't remember that in the long run good customer service brings folks back and word gets around. My ford dealership gave me rotten service and they lost...
