Big Green Egg - EGGhead Forum - The Ultimate Cooking Experience...
We’re feeling pretty super, how about you? The big game is fast approaching, and while we love football, we love an excuse to invite people over and cook even more! You too can cook like a champion with recipes from Dr. BBQ’s NFL Gameday Cookbook: Grilled Tuna Sandwiches from Seattle and Baked Brie from New England. Who’s going to win? You’ll have to cook both to find out.

The 17th Annual EGGtoberfest was amazing - here are the highlights Click Here

Had to stock up!

Needed to reload my two favorite Dizzy Rubs and get some more Grand Champion for my big cook this weekend.

Also, thought I would get the new DP rubs. Y'all like em?

@Cazzy, I have used fajita ish a few times. I like it but it is certainly not an every day rub. Distinct flavor. I need to try Grand Champion

Nice! I've used Fajitaish on tri-tip and really liked it. I need to try eggsperimenting with it more often, all the others are so good I usually stick to them. I'll have to come up with something fun to try with it and report back..  :-?

That Grand Champion is killer, did a brisket with it this weekend. I would subscribe to the TX BBQ Rub newsletter also. Mr. Cannon sends some great information and recipes.
