Simple Sausage

A friend, whom I take meals to all the time, gave me this sausage and told me it is her favorite.  This is a person who does not cook.  I did a simple grill and then made slice of bread sandwiches on really good sourdough, which are my favorite way to eat sausage.

XXL #82 out of the first 100, XLGE X 2, LBGE (gave this one to daughter 1.0) , MBGE (now in the hands of iloveagoodyoke daughter 2.0) and lots of toys

    Any sausage is a treat, since I am not supposed to have it.  This had a good flavor, with a tiny bit of spice.  The casing was very snappy.  The bakery sourdough was delicious.  A great, simple sandwich.
